Tip 4:
Knowing what your triggers are, what you need to do in order to avoid them and what to do should something trigger your cravings or temptations to use drugs or drink alcohol unexpectedly.
This could be changing the way you walk to and from home to avoid going past the place you normally buy alcohol or to avoid going past a dealers house you previously scored from.
These small changes will make a big difference to your recovery and will help ensure (as best as possible) that you won’t have to face and overcome cravings or temptations from your known triggers.
